"De modo geral, o apartamento é agradável e atendeu à proposta da estadia.
Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que a troca dos colchões traria mais conforto aos hóspedes, pois atualmente estão um pouco desgastados e acabam afundando no meio.
Também percebi que uma atenção maior à limpeza deixaria o ambiente ainda mais acolhedor. O zelador foi bem educado e solícito além de que o apartamento está bem localizado.
Com esses ajustes, a experiência pode se tornar ainda mais positiva."
