"Despite being smoke free, cannabis was used and could be smelled through my unit and in the halls. Issue with my door staying locked. Breakfast had good selection. Good location, walkable to old port, Notre dame and st Catherine’s street. "

"March 20-22 was our third stay at Alt Hotel Brossard. The staff here are exceptional. Friendly, fluently bilingual and willing to help with whatever you need. Example my husband needed a seat for the shower due to a mobility issue and it was accommodated. The hotel room is quite small, night table on only one side which can be inconvenient. Shower stall is also quite small. Just things to consider when booking but would recommend otherwise"

"For starters, we did not have great expectations given the price and the reviews. But this was bottom of the barrel. Upon arrival, we looked for the parking that was promise with our booking, went to front desk to ask about the parking. I was greeted with attitude and dirty looks, then the man proceeded to tell me that the parking was full and we needed to pay $20 to park 2 streets down everytime we left the lot. That was a hassle on its own. When we arrived to the room, everything seemed to be in order, until we checked the bed and saw the sheets were not even on properly, the mattress cover was sticking out of the sheets and had a stain on it. We have to put on fresh sheets ourselves. We went to look for the bar and restaurant that was listed with the amenities, and it was fully closed for renovations which is not listed anywhere online or mentioned upon arrival. If you plan on staying here and you have low expectations, lower them. "

"Decent hotel in the area. There's outdoor pool, hot tub, recreation room and also free EV charging which are very good. We enjoyed the stay."

"The staff and room were great. The parking isn't awesome - its a little complicated but once you are there for a couple days its all pretty simple. I was pretty disappointed with the pool being closed. I think hotels should update their postings or adjust pricing when their main amenity is not functioning. I stayed for the pool and it was unfortunately closed for maintenance. Outside of that - it was a great stay. Close to restaurants and Brossard is a great city!"
