"Disappointing that the dry sauna was not working, but the pool and hotbtub were nice. There was a very attentive and helpful male lifeguard who made sure me and my children were safe in the pool, as they are not able to swim. Was reassuring to see him watching closely for their safety. "

"Expensive parking and ridiculous elevator process. When you check out and give them your key card at the desk, you can't engage the elevator to get to your car. "

"A very nice stay. Hotel in a great location 4 minutes walk from Eaton Centre. About 15-20 min walk to Old Montreal. There’s a grocery store (IGA) a 10 minute walk away. Only complaints are that no spatula in the kitchen and the sheets were pilling on both beds which is not comfortable "
