"Service and hotel was very good. It was clean and staff were friendly and promptly helped with any questions and requests. Only negative would be the sofabed in the other room, it was sunken in the middle and not very comfortable. "

"The room was small for North American standards but it was fantastic. The room looked clean, but after doing a bed bug check (no signs of BB) I did find quite a bit of crumbs under the feather top. I was thrilled to see a feather top on the bed though. Nice touch. The staff were amazing. This english speaking Canuck was very comfortable in this hotel. I’d stay here again and recommend to anyone. And! The hotel is very close to an incredible restaurant, Bidoche Oberkampf. "

"Building and area was great, internet easy to connect, and we appreciated the welcome wine, luggage hold room and free laundry, $3 for 3 cofee pods..I think its overrated. In the appartment there was no instructions for the appliances in french could not use the oven/ microwave/ stove. Overall 4 star."

"As a solo traveller it was such a joy to be greeted so warmly at the hotel. My room was impeccably clean, really comfortable bed and great shower too. The staff were always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel felt like a second home to come back to each evening and the location is perfect. I will be back as soon as I can and would recommend to every9one."
