"Strong smell of smoke in the hallway."

"Room was clean, very old, scratches on wall, patched holes in tub, slight musty smell, etc., but CLEAN. At 11pm we discovered one of the beds was broken and got nothing but a blank stare from the front desk when we informed him, there was no offer to see if they could fix it, or any indication that they thought it was a problem at all. After a short wait to see if they would offer any help or advice, my non confrontational sister simply said just wanted you to know it was like that. Refrigerator was LOUD, I had to unplug it to sleep. Heavier curtains on the windows to block the morning light would be good. Did not use TV or wi-fi, so no idea if good or not. "

"Maude was friendly and efficient during our check in. Our suite was fabulous. They were willing to accomodate our team for a ringette tournament. Even with all the kids, the breakfast service was exceptional. They never let anything run out and cleaned the tables quickly to accommodate the next guests. The pool was a hit for the kids. We had a main floor suite so we were able to park right in front and unload straight into the "patio" door. The suite was large and well appointed. Great shower with loads of hot water and pressure. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend for couples and families alike."
