"A gem amongst the trees! Terrific stay for a long weekend! It is what you make of it — relaxing in your room or on the numerous patio spaces, or in the library, or in the lobby! Swimming and kayaking! We took a guided ride on the brand new pontoon boat (with a bartender and restroom on board) and that was one of my favorite parts. I had already been charged by the Vrbo host, but when I arrived at Stonewall Resort, I was told there was no card on file and that I would need to pay again. "It was a great experience staying at this hotel. It is very well maintained. Many restaurants close by and even the complimentary breakfast has good options. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Sutton, Royal gorge bridge is 1 hour away. Also blackwater falls are also 1 hour away towards the other side. Many activities can be done at nearby lake"
