"Air conditioner was good for 1 day then I changed it to heat and that was also good. The temperature was 85 degrees then got cold. I stayed on the first floor for the first time and got a room with a comfortable long lounge chair. The hotel very clean and staff was extremely accommodating and superbly attentive to my every need. They gave me free bottled water, coffee & Tea 24/7. I forgot my toothpaste and they had one for me on the house. If I had to say something bad… The only thing I could say is they need a hot tub. "I’d give this hotel zero stars if I could. The hallway smelled like the monkey house of a zoo. The staff hardly spoke, and we couldn’t wait to leave. And the moment you left the room you had a little dog barking loudly. The only good thing was the water pressure. "

Pool and hot tub were awesome!! Scenic surroundings, beautiful decor and landscaping. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious, very clean! Would highly recommend !! "My husband, dog and I stayed in the Rain Song Suite for one night. It was a nice spacious and comfy room for us. We were just travelling through on our way home from Myrtle Beach. We arrived after 8pm so it was dark and no one was at the desk. They left us our key and we had no problems finding our room. We had a little fire at the fire pit before bed with a couple of drinks which was nice to be able to do in March. In the morning, I had breakfast which was great! It did take a few minutes as they had to start cooking it once I showed up, which is understandable - it was hot, filling and delicious. Normally, they charge $10/adult but as it was low season, it was free. The only criticisms I had were that the shower needed some TLC (caulking needs to be replaced) and not sure of other restaurants in the area of you were to stay more than one night. The buildings are older and probably a lot of work to keep up. I definitely recommend staying here. It was reasonably priced. For note, this hotel is at the edge of the town's downtown - I had assumed incorrectly that it was in a more rural area."

"We had such a lovely stay here! Wildflower Cottage is even more spacious than it seems in the pictures. The hot tub was easy to use and the host provided cleaner for it, and the fireplace inside kept us nice and toasty when we would come back inside. I highly recommend ordering firewood using the services at the cabin too, Chad arrived within 15 minutes with enough wood for us to use all weekend. I did struggle a little with check in, but that was my own fault for not screenshotting the instructions before losing service. But the wifi was easy to connect to and solved that problem! Will definitely be back!"
