"My husband took a shower in the morning, and the water was freezing cold. The night before the water was hot. Low water pressure. But other than that, it was a good hotel and stay. Would stay there again. The employees were very friendly and helpful. 4 out of 5 only because of the cold shower. Also, if you book through a third-party breakfast is not included!"

"The staff at the Front Desk were amazing and very engaging. I forget her name (Indian receptionist) was very helpful and enquired daily if I was enjoying my stay. This meant so much to me. The breakfast was also delicious."

"Good location and mostly everything was kind of just average — took about 15 min to check in BUT check out was <1 min. Need to make it up a couple of stairs with your luggage to get in the lobby. Elevator wait could take a few minutes but nothing too bad. Room was large and nice view but there was no closet or anything to hang clothes with/on. The shower has a shower curtain which wasn’t very hygienic. They clean every 3 days and they call it a “unique hotel experience”. It was nice that every night if we needed water the main desk has bottles. Overall, it’s just very average. It was nice enough, clean enough, good enough."
