"I can say the floor around the pool needs to be like the bottom of the pool floor, rough! I saw a man wipe out by the ladder on the deep end. Too slippery. He laid a towel down there. He seemed ok. Also my sister, is handicap, was with our brother, who is a small man, there was a fire in the laundry room or something and you called for evacuation. I was in the other tower and we had no evacuation. So I did not know that was happening. My brother screamed for someone to help get Leslie, our sister down the stairs, well a big strong man from your staff came out of the crowd and thought he could pick her up, she is at least 200lbs, he had her in his arms then his foot slipped, probably because he couldnt see over her body to see where he was stepping. I really commend him for trying to help but I think it would have been better if he put her arm over his shoulder and his arm around her and my brother Robert on the otherside to do the same. It would have been safer. As it was they fell Leslie hit her head on the concrete and your employee busted his foot and then he couldnt walk. Fortunately the evacuation was called off and the medics arrived to help both of them. I dont know how your employee is, but Leslie seems ok. If you can let me know how he is.We love your hotel other than that. The staff are great, everything is clean and working. Food is good too."
