"Everything was easy, from booking to arrival (call them to get key), to updates to my departure. The place was not exactly the same unit pictured but had similar accommodations and didn’t realize there were so many units so makes sense. Very clean and comfortable, and great location for me and my travel partner. Recommend if you are looking for an apartment with kitchen instead of a standard hotel!"

The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly. We slept very well there and value is great. "Spotless room with weekly housekeeping. Awesome helpful landlord. The apartment was perfect for my weeks-long stay. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The power was cutting periodically due to Russian terrorism, so being on the 9th floor I did get some exercise in some days. Highly recommend this apartment. "

"I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this...

"I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away."

"A lovely hotel - grand but welcoming and luxurious without being over the top. The staff are extremely helpful with anything you may need and very willing to accommodate requests based on difficult travel times, etc. The restaurant, spa and gym are all excellent and the hotel is well situated for both a quite stay, but a short walk to the central areas of Kyiv."
