Clean and safe city stay in downtown Kyiv

Staff are always very friendly here. The rooms are clean and very affordable for a location just 5 mins from Golden Gate, St. Sophia etc..

Bontiak is my favorite hotel in Ukraine. I have stayed there numerous times since 2022. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. It is also one of the most well protected hotels in the city.

Great stay in central Kyiv

For a budget stay, Bontiak is perfect. Centrally located and a minute walk from St. Sophia. The staff were very friendly and the basic menu was nice and very affordable. Off street parking was also extremely convenient. I will definitely stay again.

I made multiple attempts with hotel to adjust reservations. After couple hours I was able to get receptionist Alla on the phone who refused to assist. Disrespectful staff and very poor service.
