"The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. He had to meet us back up at the room to unlock the door because he said the battery was dead in the door lock. Which is insane. He should’ve knew that before we went up stairs in the first place. Then once in the room the heater was on. Mind you it was 90 degrees on this day. He needs to be retrained on greeting clients, general customer service skills and be better prepared for clients checking in advising them of particular room’s defects at check in. They way extra trips to the service desk are not required. "

"Very disappointed with our experience. I completely understand that the staff was overwhelmed and doing the best they could, but at 10:00 PM we still were unable to check into our room. After traveling and waiting for hours, guests should not still be waiting that late into the evening. The lack of organization and delay took away from what should have been a relaxing stay, especially on Thursday when we essentially missed out on part of the full hotel experience we paid for. I do believe some type of compensation or accommodation should be offered for the inconvenience. Again, the staff appeared to be trying, but management needs a better system in place to handle situations like this."

"This hotel was very unsafe with bedbugs, with wires hanging from the light fixtures with disgusting carpet with roaches with unable to lock sliding door with unsanitary. The staff did nothing about it with illegal drugs all kinds of people walking all night trash left for days unfit for anyone to stay at they canceled my room and tried to throw us out at 1 o’clock in the morning. It was horrible. and I took pictures dog poop all in the lobby dogs everywhere."

"This room was definitely not worth 200 dollars for two nights. There is an oder in the air that attracts gnats. The toilet in the second room had stains in the toilet. Had them flying over me all night. The locks on the doors and the windows half work or are broken in both rooms. Other guest were loud the entire night so there wasn’t getting any sleep. No soap in the restrooms. Didn’t even stay the full two nights because the oder is that bad and it felt unsafe. "

"The staff was very nice and efficient. The room had been remodeled recently so the furniture was nice. The walls and ceiling particularly in the bathroom were very poorly patched up. The external doors locks were ripped out so that was a little sketchy. Worth the low price for a short stay."

"Very clean room and staff over the top helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet and nighttime cocktails very good. Sufficient parking spaces….even for a packed hotel! Wonderful experience!"
