"Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. "Beautiful stay in the heart of nature We loved the thoughtful little touches like fresh milk in the room — such a nice surprise. The spa bath was perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The on-site restaurant served delicious local food, and the location is ideal — just a short walk to the national park. A peaceful and cozy stay!"

"The owner was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. Would have liked a microwave in the cabin but it’s not a deal breaker. The gas log fire in the cabin was lit which made for a warm and cozy welcome when we checked in. The bed and bedding were nice, warm and comfortable. As it gets pretty cold there, electric blankets might be a nice touch, that way you don’t need to leave the gas heater on most of the night. All in all, we had a lovely time."
