Room was very clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast offering is decent similar to most hotels on the continent. The mini bus to the ski lifts is very reliable, I think it would be really great if it ran later into the evening.

Bardonecchia is a ski resort, so accomodations are mostly ski lodges. Do not expect any large hotel chains here. We were here for 5 nights in June and had a great time. It does the job but a bit remote
The apartment is around 3KM from Sestriere so if you want to be in the bars for Apres Ski etc maybe not a great choice of location, however i had a car and chose to Ski in Montgenevre instead as better for beginners and its only 25 mins drive.
