"My flight was canceled, and I did not receive a refund for the missed day. The person I spoke with on the phone promised a voucher for lunch or dinner at their Soho restaurant, but I received neither when I asked. I was told that the individual I spoke with was neither the manager nor a supervisor, which I believe was a lie. Additionally, there was no water in the room. The breakfast options are very limited and served late. On Saturday, I was told staff shortages caused breakfast not to be ready on time, and there was no breakfast on Sunday either. Throughout my stay, I only received one breakfast, which was mostly oatmeal. I would not recommend this place at all. Not welcoming environments. "

"The hostess at the desk at 4:45 AM on Sunday when I checked out was so kind and helpful. I had shuttle questions and I needed coffee and she repeated herself without hesitation and with a smile and then pointed out the complimentary coffee. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Clean room nice view "

"As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. When I called the front desk, he said all he could do was have someone bring us towels, but no one could make our beds. I asked how he was going to rectify this error, and he said he wasn’t. When we spend $250 a night, I feel we should have all the amenities that other hotels usually provide. I also feel like he knew when he checked us in that they weren’t going to service our room. "

"The staff here is amazing! We had to make adjustments due to weather and the staff was SO accommodating and kind. The people at the front desk went above and beyond to welcome us and provide recommendations. The lobby was spotless and the food was great! This location was great for our family and in such a great location within walking distance of many tourist attractions."

"Absolutely the worst valet situation I ever encountered. The staff was friendly but we couldn't just walk to our van, it was always busy and took forever. The elevators also took so long to get one. Just not a great experience and we won't stay again. Maybe it's someone else's cup of tea , just not ours "
