"We had two rooms. Both had maintenance issues. One had a toilet that wouldn't fill with water and a TV remote that didn't function. The other had a shower that wouldn't get hot. Between the two rooms, we had one complete room. When I went to the front desk, I was informed that the hotel was booked and there were no other rooms available. I was also told that the woman could do nothing for me, no one was there that she could send to fix anything and no manager would be in for the next two days. So, I was urged to call and speak to someone later. "

"The staff and hotel was wonderful. However there was a person who was screaming in the alley behind the hotel that could be heard on the 8th floor. Not the property's fault, but disappointed this wasn't resolved faster (went on over an hour)."

"Room was clean, staff seemed disengahed to deal woth issues we had with kods running the halls till 3 AM. Didnt seem to care we had issues. Breakfact was sub par quality. Pool are was not well maintaned. Lobby was clean, beyond that not much. Rooms were clean bit walls were paper thin. Hotel ran out of hot water by 6 AM. Parking was ample."
