"Staff were attentive. As I walked in with my suitcases. The bellman waited patiently as a walked slowly with mother to room. He suggested places to eat in the same place. I had the VIP offer. I took advantage of it. We had a simple meal. The waiter was pleasant and attentive. Room was very comfortable."

"Wonderfully accommodating staff, complementary water (GOOD!), clean room, and great food (plus a Starbucks. Very centrally located in an area just a short walk from downtown which is a welcomed reprieve from the hustle and bustle. Uber response time is very fast for this location, and shuttle to the airport was similar rates. Will be back! :) Thank you so much! "

"Excellent hotel with good amenities and good location in the Zocalo area. For us, we did indeed do more around the Condesa and Chapultepec area but if this is near where you want to roam it’s a great choice!"
