The room was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were heavenly. The shower had great water pressure and water stayed hot for a long time. Plenty of space to stretch out.
I feel the beds needed more blankets or a top duvet to keep me warmer. I had to beg for more blankets from the front desk staff. They even told me once to come down and get them myself. I thought this was a bit rude. The sounds and noise between walls were very distracting. The person next door liked to chat loudly to...

The staff were very attentive and considered our needs as a family for our room placement and attractions. Little touches like the hotel car to take you to close by attractions (within reason and if it was available) was priceless!
Location and accessibility to the Wharf and all its restaurants, again very convenient and top notch!
