"Terrible experience. The elevator was broken and took forever to get a room on ground level due to two of our parties having walking disabilities. Then things were broken in the room such as the door handle to the bathroom the top of the air-conditioning unit the room itself was not fully clean as there were still hairs left in the bathroom. The hot tub heaters were broken and then they kicked us out of the breakfast room after breakfast was over when we just wanted to sit at a table as there was no other tables available inside on the property. They also overcharged me and would not deal with the fact that they did that they just kept telling me to talk to the third-party I booked through, avoid this place. "

"everything was great until we woke up and the shower wouldn’t work. the water wouldn’t even turn on. Sasha, the front desk clerk was very rude and argumentative. i never once received any empathy or apologies, was simply told maintenance didn’t work on the weekends and my only option was to pack all your shower products and clothing and go to a different floor to a room that was available to shower in. i had to parade through a very busy hotel to the lobby to get a key and then back down a floor to an empty room to shower, while in my pajamas and bed head. then return to my room with wet hair to continue to get ready for my day. this wasn’t only me, my daughter too. no apologies, no compensation, just pure attitude from Sasha. It should be a very nice property once that is finished.
