"I needed a hotel room in New Brunswick because my husband had open heart at RWJ and I needed a place for 10 days where I could just eat and shower. The bed was so comfortable but I was often in tears and Ruby at the front desk was just incredible. She helped me with parking and even left me a little fruit tray in my room with the sweetest note. I was heartbroken and exhausted every day and the Hyatt kept me going when I was running on fumes. Hyatt was human at a time when I needed a small comfort away from home. I will never forget their kindness and I will never forget Ruby. My heart will always be with Hyatt....<3 "
