"Big, clean room. We had the 1-bedroom suite. Like that microwave and fridge are included. Breakfast was varied and good. One of the nicer selections of food, both hot and cold that I’ve come across. Only 2 negatives: 1. (Minor nitpick) Fix the darn toilet lid so it doesn’t fall down when trying to urinate and practically deafening you or making you pee on the wall! 2. Lobby staff (except when checking out) were not friendly at all. At one point our room key quit working. I took it to the lobby and the gentleman there, without a word, took it, reprogrammed it, and handed it back. Never said hi, sorry, or anything friendly in any way. Check-in was much the same. Check-out lady was nice. Like the location. We were there to go to antique malls and there are many close to this hotel. Would definitely come back."

"My hotel stay was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and smelled nice. Parking was very convenient. Houlihan's restaurant on the lower level treated me well. I did not get an opportunity to have breakfast, hopefully next time. I will definitely book I Hotel again in the near future."
