"The room was clean but a bit dated. Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We did not part take in the breakfast as we felt it was a bit pricey and we had an early morning appointment to keep. The valet parking service was terrific."

Roof top bar & restaurant had a wonderful outdoor seating area. Staff wasvery friendly. Only downside is the 30$ @ day parki ng fee. Valets were great however."

"The only "amenity" is the bar, which rarely has many people. The staff tend to spend a fair amount of energy resenting working there. The rooms are fine, spacious with spacious bathrooms and decent linens. The location is fine for walking to places to eat. Dashers and drivers sometimes have trouble finding the entrance. "

"After my first stay here with family during Pitt’s admitted student day, I’ve chosen this hotel every time I come out to Pitt- four times now? It’s clean and there is a spa-like scent that wafts through the whole building. The location in the center of campus cannot be beat, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. "

"Not a fan of the no-staff on site sort of thing. It's supposed to all be automated but I can't stand signing in through a bunch of apps and making accounts just to get into my room. I had an issue or two while there that I wanted to ask a staff person about (parking options nearby, procedure for X or Y at the hotel) and instead I just found myself doing guestwork. The place itself was fine enough, but I just can't say it was any better than okay with how awful it was to bumble around like an idiot to try to figure things out rather than have a staff person help."

"Parking was easy. The property was pet friendly. The owner was relatively easy to contact. I suspect that there was a mold issue in the apartment as I had a severe reaction to the air quality during my stay. There were a few things that weren't fully explained. For instance there were some issues with the TV that could have been easily solved with a sheet of "How to connect" set of instructions. "
