"Check in was smooth and even met the owner who was very friendly. Rooms were modern and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. Really enjoyed my experience. I’ve ever go back to Kissimmee. I will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel. Plenty of parking and a nice little pool."

"Most slide were down. Pool and hot tub was dirty a used pad was in the filter of hot tub. They have a restaurant inside but you have to order at tiki bar. Chicken was undercooked we just threw away and went to sleep. Seems like they are trying to update and make it nice but it’s far from it. Staff was super helpful and greeted us with a smile never frustrated with questions or problem's always eager to solve the issue fast. The highlight of the stay definitely was the staff."

"nothing like the pictures. That's ok with me, I just wish i had a better idea of what i was stepping into. No bugs or anything, but the hidden "self clean" fee was somewhat evil, and probably why one of the towels-- when unfurled, had mysterious brown stains on it. I wouldn't stay at this hotel alone or for any other reasons besides business. Maybe i just had a worse room, or they forgot to clean my towels or bedding before i arrived, but i wouldv'e appreciaeted if they were more transparent about the cleanliness level/ pictures/ etc. That's all, not terrible, but would have preferred to better prepare to bring my own towels and sleeping bag."
