"It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and house in a quiet neighborhood. Since it was late October the pool was closed which we knew it was closed for the season. Would definitely rent again if in that area."

"The Stewart Inn was an outstanding place to stay. Randy, the owner of the inn, did an exceptional job hosting our stay here. He warmly greeted us at the door, and he graciously gave us an upgrade to our room at the beginning of our stay. The whole inn is beautifully decorated and furnished as it might have been during the early 1900's. All-in-all, it is a very comfortable and quiet place to stay and relax. In addition, it is in walking distance to some fine dining restaurants and tourist attractions. This is a great place to stay at if you plan on spending some time in the Wausau area. "

"The prooerty is in a quiet reridencial area. Next to a golf course and Grante peck ski hill. Minutes to everything. Outstanding staff. I would highly recomend this property. "

"Kayak use was awesome for kids. Poor fishing in Wisconsin River with no bites at all (could be we arent good fishermen!). Absolutely loved the campfire set up with lights! Beautiful setting. We all enjoyed the corn hole. Sleeping for all. The beds were a little noisy and noted as a bit uncomfortable in the four-bed room. The rest were very comfortable. Hame room a plus. Loved ping pong. Air Hockey table wasnt working, but kids just putted the puck around. Would have liked a TV in the seating area off the kitchen, but all good. Kitchen stocked with basic needs. Host was great to communicate with. "

"This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters. It's in great shape, it has a grill and the kitchen utensils meant for cabin life. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We enjoyed the calls of the loons, the dock and the fire pit. The only draw back (which is also a plus for a nature escape) is that it took about 30m minutes to get to town so come prepared with food for the first night. And a kayak or two would be a great touch :) My spouse, me and our dog highly recommend."
