"The cottage was very attractive from the outside and the inside. Big trees around the property and one entrance had a handicapped ramp which was very helpful to me with mobility issues. "The home was good. Could use a little work but overall it was pretty good. Game room was awesome for something to do during inclement weather or at night. The lake was very, very small. It was nice to have the pontoon available, however it did not have a working depth finder, which was not stated in the listing. Best fishing was early evening in the middle of the lake, where it was deeper water. Nice secluded home from the neighbors. Nice firepit area. It was pet friendly and had a very nice area for the dogs to be able to be outside. Plenty of space for parking. Not a lot of sight seeing options for other things to do. Grill was very old and should be replaced. Plenty of space in the house for people to spread out and not always be on top of each other."

"Great location. Like being able to sit outside at picnic tables for breakfast. We stayed here a few years back after it was newly remodelled and it seemed a bit more run down this time around. Mattresses are mushy, TV backlights showing across screen, mediocre continental breakfast, and you have to hold your breath upon entering back entrance foyer because of strong, stale, smoke smell. Best thing about this hotel (that should be standard in all hotels, in our opinion) is that they have awesome lodge-style chairs with ottomans in every room. This makes it nice for folks who prefer to watch TV sitting up while their partner sleeps, or have mobility issues and can't lay in the mushy bed all night."

"This resort was exactly what our family of 15 needed for a week away from the busyness of everyday life in a place of extreme beauty and comfort. Rooms were great and quiet. Game room was amazing. Make sure to turn off all the outdoor lights and enjoy the stars on a clear night - breathtaking for us city folks."

"This cabin was the perfect getaway! The hot tub and sauna were amazing! For those worried about using an outhouse, these were so clean and well maintained. We will be back! Erin was a great host who answered questions promptly and made everything from check in to check out so seamless."
