"I'd easily stay here again if I was in the area. The facility is brand new, built in 2025 and is very clean throughout. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was standard and the exercise room had enough equipment in there for a decent workout. I was very pleased with the experience."

No stairs, a beautiful walk in shower with bench, a recliner, comfy furniture, lots of indoor games and some outdoor games, 2 rocking chairs and a bbq grill outside, great parking in driveway, great communication, huge kitchen and laundry room, close to restaurants and shopping, nice neighborhood, if I ever need to stay in Pearland again - this will be my go to spot!"

"The breakfast was a nice hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy eggs, sausage, and waffles plus bagels, fruit, yogurt and granola. The staff was very nice and accommodating. AC worked great with our room down to 62 at night! Room was spacious and the King bed was very comfortable"
