"Great hotel, exceeding our expectations after reading some of the negative reviews. We’re cyclists from Australia and found the staff welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, had extra blankets and plenty of water bottles. A few restaurants nearby as the hotel restaurant is no longer open. We enjoyed our stay ! "

"Excellent location, everything was near by: convenience store like Oxxo, Starbucks, banks, bakery like El Globo, la Ciudadela arts and crafts market and the Alameda Central park."
"It has a Banorte ATM in the lobby, covered heated pool with a Jacuzzi and sauna, good size gym area. Super clean beautiful very spacious rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly. Buffet had good items, quesadillas de huitlachoche and Flor de calabaza. It was probably the season for it but still. Smooth shuttle ride to the airport included even though a city wide earth quake drill was going on. The driver skilled and friendly. I could go on and on. "
