Our stay at Seadust was disappointing and not as relaxing as we had hoped.
The resort was very noisy, with constant banging sounds that made it hard to rest and enjoy our time.
Shortly after arrival, we were approached by staff offering a discount and “VIP breakfast” in exchange for attending a 90-minute presentation for their Infinity Travel Club. We agreed based on the timeframe given, but it ended up taking half of our day. The sales team was very pushy, and once we declined, their attitude changed completely and felt rude and unwelcoming.
The “VIP breakfast” did not feel VIP at all, the food was the same as the buffet, just served in a different location. Overall, the food quality throughout the resort was mediocre.
We felt this experience was disrespectful of our time and it negatively affected our overall stay.
