"Staff friendly, attentive, striving to help. Loved stepping out to pool and beanbags. Lovely views. fantastic breakfast, lots of restaurants and massages over the water, just over the road
Initially seemed a big noisy, could hear the pool filter, sometimes hear the building going up next door. The room was very well appointed and serviced daily. Absolutely loved the staff, always available and happy to assist."

"This was my last stop on my Bali trip and was also the best. I felt very looked after from the advice before I arrived to the breakfast and organising tickets/trips et al.
Close enough to the town for convenience but far away as to not hear any of the traffic! I can't say nice enough things about this place :) Would stay again"

"Such a cute place! the staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. very quiet area. if you know how to ride scooters this place is def the best! Rental is a 1 min walk away. I was a bit wary because of little reviews on expedia but it was better than i expected. They even offer excursions, shuttle to beach cliff restaurants, and drivers to hire. I would definitely stay here again"

"There is a mosque near by with loudspeakers. The rooms are fairly soundproof between rooms, but the doors can be heard opening & closing at all hours as the 20-30 yr olds mingle. Bright stylish rooms but the old wood around the communal kitchen sink lets one know that maintenance isn’t a priority. The pool is in front and smaller than pictured. Lots of lounging seats in the lobby and pool area. Staff are super helpful with luggage up & down stairs. Because it’s so close to the airport, grab cars...

"I had a pleasant stay in Dahousetel. The staff is really nice and helpful, the hostel provide great and affordable breakfast, lunch and coffee.
The staff helped me to arrange my boat trips to other places in Indonesia, this all worked out perfectly.
I would recommend this place! "

"Nice place, 15-20 minutes from ubud centre. Caring staff. Shared kitchen and drinking water! The street is quite noisy but actually nothing compared to other streets in ubud"

"Very clean and modern hotel. Staff very friendly. A little far away from Seminyak than we would have liked but not too far in the grab. Lovely pool but not much shade options. Breakfast is ok. They serve filter coffee but expensive charge for lattes or cappuccinos which I was shocked at for the standard of hotel. Some I’ve stayed in have that as part of the breakfast service. No signs or menus to say it was chargeable either. "
"We’ve stayed at several hotels in Nusa Dua, and this property has the best beach promenade by far: long, well-maintained, and with comfortable loungers that feel inviting. There are also excellent facilities for families with kids.
The main downside is that the rooms and buildings are really old. If you are particular about not staying in an older hotel, this may not be for you.
For the Palace Club Lounge: there was construction near the private pool, so we didn’t use it much. The dedicated beach area for club guests is a nice touch. However, the high tea and cocktail food was disappointing (I only had the nuts). Wine selection is local, while spirits are standard. Service in the lounge was good. The main buffet breakfast can get hectic, so the quieter club breakfast may suit some guests.
The lobby museum area is impressive, but staff were unhelpful. On March 31 at 3:00pm, we went for the scheduled ketupat-making (2–4pm) but were told it was cancelled due to “banana leaves not being good.” This should not be listed if it cannot run.
At the same time (March 31, 3:00pm, Bale Banjar), when we asked to use the PlayStation, staff said she didn’t know how to operate it. When we asked for help, she said the person was out for lunch and would only return at 5:00pm (a two-hour lunch break at 3pm, which felt unreasonable).
Finally, on April 1 at 9:30pm at the open lobby bar, it was very difficult to get a waiter’s attention."
"Breakfast was great. Difficult to get staff’s attention for coffee. Beach Bar has attentive staff and good drinks. Service on the beach was difficult. You have to find staff and flag them down; they do not proactively come around to check. They do not start serving until 11:00. Not great if you go to the beach before 10 and would like coffee or a juice. "
"We have travelled extensively around the world & stayed in many 4* & 5* All inclusive hotels & found the hotel to be excellent for our 10 days, recommend all inclusive option value for money for food and drinks- including cocktails.
The staff were amazingly friendly and could not do enough for you. I would like to make a note of the following stand out staff for their helpfulness and kindness during our stay. Room:- Lynton who cleaned our room daily was amazing, very friendly and efficient at his job, always had a smile on his face.
RESTAURANT:- Arisante, could not do enough for you & went out of her way to get me ice to keep medication cool. Sudi, thanks for teaching us how to speak some Balinese/ Indonesian and being so helpful. Wira & Dwik were stand out trainees and always kept a watchful eye for guests requirements.
Both Senni's and Fenny in the spa were attentive at giving instruction's on how to use the Aqua medic Pool. Lindrantin thank you for the complimentary pool access on Nepi day, it was a pleasure to meet you and some of your family and friends.
FOOD- The meal choices are extensive every day both with the buffet options and also the A la carte & room service menu. Chefs to be accommodating cooking individual meals. The Indian is delicious and a must go to, Chinese (noisy restaurant with a lot of kids) would be nice to have more choice of drinks, food tasty.
The pools itself are beautiful but the paving requires work to it (uneven). Will be returning soon X"
