Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry area. The property is not shared with any other guests—during your stay, the villa is entirely yours.

Staff

Villa manager, assistant manager, chef, cook, housekeeper, garden and pool maintenance team, and maintenance staff. Additional staff (babysitters, massage therapists) are available upon request.



Dining (Upon Request)

Daily breakfast served directly in the villa. A private chef and catering services are available. Local, vegetarian, and international specialties can be arranged upon request.



On the day of arrival, you will receive a digital villa guide, local tips, and a menu of additional services such as massages, breakfast, or transportation.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area—we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed.
