"Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! "Atendente mau educada, as chaves são difíceis de abrir as portas, quase fiquei para fora do prédio, detalhe a noite e não tinha ninguém lá para ajudar abrir caso precisasse, banheiro cheio de mofo, cobrança extra, fala que tem estacionamento mas é mentira, é na rua.
