"Streaming services don't work on the televisions, there was no saucepans only a frying pan and a large pan. We were there a week and there was no kettle for 5 days, we received one on the 2nd last day. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, especially Alessandra. The apartments are in the perfect location, very close to good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The rooftop pool is perfect for some relaxation, and has good views of the city. "Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!"
