"The room smelt very strongly of sewage, upon telling staff they said it was normal when it rains, and not offered another room. The next day the smell was still there even though a cleaner had been the previous day with chemicals. We asked if we could leave and be refunded the remainder of the stay, but they said a refund wouldn't be granted (though we were given a bottle of wine). I would not stay again as the room was not at all fit for purpose and it ruined our holiday."

"Booked a room for 3 Adults which was meant to have 3 single beds. This however was not provided and staff were very unhelpful when it came to rectifying the problem. Was told there were no rooms featuring 3 single beds despite the booking specifically saying it did feature this. The room consisted of a large bed which featured 2 small double frames pushed together, however it only had 1 mattress on it, so was not separatable, it also featured 1 sheet. The single bed provided was clearly meant for a child and not long enough for an adult. Receptionist blamed Hotels.com for having the listing saying 3 single beds, however surely its down to the actual hotel/resort to put their room listings up with the correct bed configurations, had the listing said the room featured a large double and child pull out bed we wouldn't have booked it."

"The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! Y que vaya muy bien."

"A used sanitary product was found in our room when we arrived that was not ours, staff were made aware and could not have cared less which made us question the cleanliness of the room and whether the sheets had even been changed due to this and the thick layer of dust in the room Food was beyond poor we stopped eating from the hotel, staff would not let you into the dining area without a room card despite them having a sheet of room numbers and names, and the wristbands you are made to wear Internet had no connection Hotel also accepted 3 large groups of 40+ school kids during our stay which was extremely off putting Environment was chaotic, there were queues to get into the dining area and kids running riot every time you went in Storage in the rooms was also limited there was no where to put suitcases as they do not fit under the bed and rooms were extremely noisy (potentially due to the large groups of school kids)"
