+ Spacious rooms with fridge, microwave etc and nice bathrooms. Quiet and good buffet breakfast. - Pool could have been cleaner. Good place to stay if you have a car. There are 3/4 good eating options on the road opposite nearby. I would stay here again.

The floors were not cleaned, there was no soap available to wash dishes. We were a little disappointed because of that. The staff was excellent!

Need to get what I pay for.

Before booking the property, the front desk told me the pool was heated. It was not. Breakfast buffet has sadly gone downhill. The kids still enjoyed the buffet. One of the rooms was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds , but the beds wero only 2 double beds ,aking sleeping a bit croeded.

CANDLEWOOD EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA

La recepción muy amable nos entregó nuestros tickets para el desayuno y la clave de internet, muy amable la señorita, la habitación nos toco en 2 piso muy amplia, con piso lo que realmente se agradece para perosnas con niños o co alergias al polvo ya que estaba muy limpio, baño hermoso diseño con tina, agua caliente todo el tiempo, en buen estado, con suficientes insumos y toallas, la ropa de cama limpia, tv con programas de hbo, paramount tanto con inglés como español, escritorio cómodo, sillon reclinable en buen estado aunque una silla funcional pero al ser de piel se veia deteriorada por el tiempo, area de piscina super agradable tanto en la cocina como en la palapa, regaderas y baños en ese sitio, toallas disponibles en recepción, estacionamiento seguro y muy bien ubicado.Personal muy amable y comida variada.

Excelente lugar para descansar

Excelente lugar para llegar a descansar, tiene algunos detalles que ya no les han puesto atención como por ejemplo, las repisas esquineras en la bañera ya no están y se ve el lugar donde iban instaladas muy feo, la comida no tiene la misma calidad de antes, quién sabe porque será pero en general muy bien, siempre que vengo a Celaya lo elijo para descansar
