A cosy apartment located in a historic building right in the heart of Ceglie Messapica, equipped with all the amenities needed to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in a convenient area, within walking distance of all points of interest, such as the Ducal Castle and the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, with plenty of restaurants and all essential amenities nearby. It is also just a 15-minute drive from Ostuni and 20 minutes from its beautiful marina. The Ceglie train station is a 10-minute walk away.



The approximately 40-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building with a separate entrance from the street; there is NO lift—you must climb the stairs to access it.



Please note that there are also 4 steps inside to reach the kitchenette.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, sofa, split A/C, and smart TV

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed in an alcove

- BEDROOM with two single bunk beds and a closet (PLEASE NOTE: It does NOT have a door, but is separated from the rest of the living area by a curtain)

- BATHROOM with toilet and walk-in shower

- SMALL BALCONY.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heat pump heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).
