"We had a Fabulous stay. The Villa is perfect, quiet location in the middle of olive groves. Whilst only being 5 minutes to the nearest restaurants and a really well stocked supermarket. Steffen, our host, was amazing giving lots of recommendations for restaurants and days out. He truly wants you to have the best experience and holiday. The pool is a great size, with nice steps instead of a metal ladder. There is a fab outside kitchen with barbecue, sink and gas burners, so well equipped. If you want to Relax out of the sun, there are seating areas in different areas of the grounds, so you can always escape the sun if you need to. Kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, sofa is comfy and you can get Netflix on tv. WiFi is also good. All in all, a great stay in a perfect place. Thank you steffen, we will be back! Oh, almost forgot, Steffen will send you great directions so it is easy to find. X"

"Great to stay in iconic trulli with lovely outdoor space and pool. Rural location but only 10 minutes drive to Ceglie,& Martina Franca and 30 minutes to Ostuni.Stefano, the owner, was incredibly helpful."

"Excellent large property with plenty of room inside and out. Seating area with bbq and a fabulous large area surrounding the large pool. We had a great stay and Neil the property manager was always available to answer any questions. Would highly recommend this property for a stay. You will need a vehicle to get around to see the very many beautiful towns in this region. There are plenty of supermarkets for food shopping and restaurants and cafes in the towns. Thoroughly enjoyable stay "

"We had a wonderful 5 days at Roger’s house. The pool was huge and beautiful. The most wonderful location to totally relax. The house was large and comfortable and so well equipped. We felt very welcome and Ottavio made checking in a joy. Exceeded all expectations. We would return in a heartbeat and I would highly recommend! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the villa in July 2025. We were 13 adults (6 couples and one single friend) and we found there was ample room for all of us. The villa is perfectly located for Ostuni, Locorotondo, and Alberobello, and Matera was a 90 min drive away (do not miss). Teresa was an excellent host, clear and helpful and communicative, and the house was absolutely beautiful and well-appointed. We had some small technical issues but Teresa was always available to respond and fix them. She put us in touch with Flinny, who is a local chef, and we really loved having her prepare breakfasts for us and a special celebratory Birthday dinner. It was a beautiful touch and it really helped us all relax. All in all, it was an incredible stay. "

"A fabulous property! The pool is wonderful with amazing views onto the olive groves. The outside area is spacious and is perfect for dining. It was incredibly hot during our stay but the air conditioning worked very well. The location is peaceful but only a short drive away from restaurants. The villa is well equipped and was a great choice for a family holiday."

"We arrived to a perfect welcome from David who was doing the afternoon shift on front desk. This first impression lasted and everyone was really helpful and patient with our lack of Italian language. Tastily renovated restaurant provided good breakfasts and wonderful dinners that were amazing value. Good advice on local wines and tips on places to visit and Olive oil tasting experience. Will recommend to all our friends."
