"Requested a feather-free room. I was told at the desk that the request was carried out - but it was not. There were 3 items (pillows and topping with feathers on the bed. Since the sheets touch them, we did the sheets changed out, as well. The employee from housekeeping was extremely helpful and apologetic. She exchanged all items and offered to remake the bed. We did not want to bother her any further, so made the bed ourselves. She suggested housekeeping can help if anything else was needed....
