Cedar forest cabin featuring natural rustic ambience is a 15-min drive from Castlegar and 24-min drive from Nelson. This private, secluded property is nestled on 5 acres of forested land with nature surrounding you.
This cabin has a rustic, minimalist, cozy feel that allows you to enjoy the simplicity of forest dwelling. It is situated close to where you will park your car. A short distance to bring your things into the cabin where you'll find this unique space laid out on two-levels. The cabin structure is barn style roof which reduces height on the sides of the upper floor and the ceiling of the main floor is 6'4, if you are a taller person this may present a challenge. The main floor is the kitchen, dining and relaxing space with a steeper set of stairs (pictures show the width and steepness) leading you to the upper level where you'll sleep in an open concept space(no door at the top of the stairs) with an attached 3 piece bathroom. Upper floor is limited privacy which makes it ideal for couples or solo travellers. Families with a child older than 12 years who may be considering staying with us should be in contact so we can have a conversation about the logistics for sleeping arrangements.
