Close to beautiful Main St. that has lots of shops and restaurants. Tub was old and a bit dirty and the bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest. Breakfast had a nice selection.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were good. Bed was comfortable. Cookies at the front desk and water/snacks in the room were a nice touch. Mostly clean, some furniture wear. Pool was cold and hot tub was cloudy. My biggest complaint about this property however was the lighting. Every lightbulb in the room and in common areas was the harsh, extra bright white, blinding LEDs. The room layout was a little strange as well. It felt like a long skinny cave - seating area as you walk in the door, then skinny hallway area with kitchenette, bathroom and closet, then bedroom. The bedroom is the only part that gets natural light so the rest of the room was either dark or very sterile because of the LEDs. I would stay here again because it’s a decent hotel with decent amenities for a decent price.

Having the whirlpool suite was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was also a handicap room so the bathroom was also spacious and had a walk-in shower. The only complaint I have about the room is that the shower nozzle was horrible. No water pressure and the holder for the nozzle that was on a bar so you could change the height of the nozzle wouldn't stay in place and kept sliding down.

The overall stay was fine, however, the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night because someone pulled the fire alarm. It was very much an inconvenience and I realize it was outside of their control, but when checking out they didn’t ask how our stay was or apologize for the inconvenience or anything and I think that was very poor customer service. It was the first time I have stayed at a Country Inn & Suites and most likely my last.

Clean, beds were very comfortable. Shower is pretty outdated though, could use some upgrading. The lady working nights was awful and lazy. She was sitting in the breakfast area sprawled out on her laptop or phone and people would be standing at the desk needing help. You would have to yell for her to come. And a couple times when we had questions or needed something, she was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her. Other than that, our stay was good.

I was in Cedar Falls overnight for work. This was a great place to stay. The front desk staff were friendly and my room was clean. I appreciated the continental breakfast. I took a walk on the nearby trails. I’d definitely recommend.

The Tub/Shower felt dated. The shower head functioned but many of the jets are clogged from hard water deposits. Great breakfast! Doors are heavy and loud when guests just let them shut.

Would not recommend regardless of price and convenience. Stayed the Tue- Sat because it was close to work event. Breakfast each day was just horrible and never opened up on time. Rooms are noisy. You can hear everything. Very disappointed
