Located between Zion NP, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Kannarra Falls and Brian Head ski resort this unique custom-built cottage is a Lord of the Rings hot spot! 5 minute drive from historic downtown, 12 minute drive to Three Peaks recreation area. This is a safe, cozy spot to rest from your adventures. Plenty of close hiking, dining, events, Shakespeare festivals, coffee shops, yoga studios, lakes, streams and the beauty of all 4 seasons.

Featuring a comfortable queen bed with extra pillows, a vanity sink, stand up shower, an eco-friendly waterless toilet, a kitchenette including a microwave and fridge, water kettle, coffee & tea, paper plates, and utensils.

There is an air conditioner for summer and a heater for winter. Black out binds and curtains will help you get a good night sleep.

The cottage is located behind our personal residence, nestled in our back yard. You are more than welcome to enjoy the fire pit, our BBQ grill, yard games, outdoor glider, tables, chairs, and garden space. if you use the firepit, please put out the fire completely when done.

The toilet is a waterless eco-friendly toilet. This means there is a collection tank and is virtually odorless, similar to an RV toilet, but better! Our guests find it easy to use. No standing for men, you must sit down on the "throne". We just wanted to be clear about this feature so there are no surprises.
