New, Clean, Elegant studio unit, centrally located at the vibrant, youthful, safe and tourist-friendly neighborhood of IT Park, Cebu City, Philippines. The place is designed and furnished to give you that hotel-like experience without breaking the bank. After all, expensive hotel luxury doesn t have to mean expensive budget.

So whether you are alone, a couple, or a family or group of 4; and whether you are on business, work, or vacation; this place is PERFECT for you.

The space

The room is in one of the studio units of Avida Towers Riala Condominium, Tower 2. It was professionally designed and furnished to ensure optimum comfort and space. It is provided with a Queen-sized main bed which can comfortably accommodate 2 guests, even with an infant. The main bed comes with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a comforter, and 2 standard-sized pillows to ensure you get the rest that you deserve after a full day of work or leisure. It also has a Full-sized Pull-Out bed which can comfortably accommodate additional 2 guests. This, too, comes with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a comforter, and 2 standard-sized pillows. To ensure the comfort of our guests, the maximum number of occupants is limited to just 4 guests.
The room is equipped with a 1.5HP window-type air conditioner.

The room has a functional kitchen so you can have the option to prepare a breakfast-in-bed, and maybe lunch, and dinner too. It comes with a 6-cu. ft. refrigerator, an induction stove, Nescafe Dolce Gusto single serve espresso machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, electric rice cooker, cooking wares and utensils, silverwares, plates, glasses and cups, paper towels, dishwasher and dishwashing soap. Our only request from our guests is to kindly wash and clean the equipment, utensils, and dishes after each use.

For your entertainment, the room is provided with a 32-inch television set connected with a cable service. It has a Bluetooth Sound Bar for your musical indulgence. The room is also equipped with an internet WIFI connection so you don t miss that important email from work or business, or simply want to stay connected with your love ones.
The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a water heater for the shower only. It is also supplied with the basic toiletries such as: towels, bath soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, hand sanitizer, cotton buds, toilet paper.

Guest access

Guests can use everything that is in the room. Just take care of them as if they are yours, but don’t take them with you.

Guests can access the common areas of the condominium building, use the elevators, and access through the main lobby, subject to reasonable security checks by the condominium security personnel.
Condominium amenities such as the pool, the outdoor gym, and others are not yet operational at the moment.

Interaction with guests
We will personally meet you at the Lobby for check-in and will usher you to your room. After that, you are pretty much on your own and the room exclusive to you. If there’s anything you wish to bring to our attention, or require assistance with, you can always reach us through Airbnb chat, or via SMS text messaging, or through emails. We will try our very best to respond to your messages the soonest possible. The next time we will meet you is when you check-out.
Other things to note
Early Check-in:
Early check-in may be allowed provided the room is available. In case early check-in is not possible, please be advised that we have no space to leave your things on before check-in time.
Late Check-out:
Late check-out (up to 2pm only) may be allowed provided no one is checking in for that day. If someone is to check-in, you have to strictly follow the check-out time. Please give us 10-20 minutes to check the place in your presence before you leave. Again, please advised that we have no space to leave your things on after check-out.
