"I had such a great experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, which honestly made a big difference. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and they really went out of their way to make it feel special. They kindly covered breakfast for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture, and they also allowed me to stay later on New Year’s, which I really appreciated and didn’t expect.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well kept, and everything felt calm and relaxing. The food was good, fresh, and enjoyable, and overall the atmosphere made the stay even better. I left feeling well taken care of and genuinely happy with my experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and accommodating stay."

"Some less than rave reviews had me concerned, but the hotel is so close to Hamilton Airport that I chose it anyway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and warm. There were simple breakfast supplies even at 5:30 am. A friendly taxi driver took me to the airport in the snow at 6:15 am for only $15. Nothing fancy, and certainly furniture needs upgrading. But if you just want a quiet, comfortable night's sleep and save money, I recommend it!"
