the personal working for the hotel, especially for the reception is the absolut horror, no understanding for what service should be. An extending of the trip what was offered and accepted, was canceled and then the betrayed us. At check-out the tell you to have stolen towels, who were never placed in the room. So i would defiantly never would recommend someone to stay in this hotel! the beach is amazing, and the people who work for the restaurants arround, but not depending to Hotel are very engaged and service focused

Très agréable séjour
Hôtel très agréable, nous avons été surpris d'y trouver si peu de monde. Les services offerts sont excellents, les restaurants proposent une cuisine simple mais bonne (sauf peut être celui des spécialités cubaines un cran en dessous). Le spa est très agréable, la piscine principale parfaite, et la plage est à quelques mètres. Une très bonne expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Ein tolles Hotel direkt am Strand. Scheint noch nicht bekannt zu sein. Sehr wenig Gäste. Drei Themenrestaurants, Italienisch, Japanisch und Cubanisch. Das Personal ist super nett. Die Rezeptionistin Anabel ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps und Infos. Danke dafür! 25min kostenlose Massage war inbegriffen. Einziges Manko für mich ist die umständliche An- ind Abreise zum Cayo de las Brujas. Trotzdem würde ich sofort wieder hinfahren.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel car je ne souhaitais pas être dans un hôtel tout inclus avec beaucoup de monde, objectif 2 jours de tranquillité. J'étais la seule cliente de l'hôtel à mon arrivée, j'ai pu profiter de la piscine à débordement pour moi seule :) J'ai eu un massage de 25 min offert dans le prix de la chambre. Il y avait 2 restaurants ouverts lorsque j'y étais, qui peuvent accueillir les cubains venant à la plage de l'hôtel à la journée, ou les clients des 2 hôtels tout inclus à situés à proximité : trattoria ouverte 24h/24, et japonais ouvert le soir. La nourriture est bonne (pas fou non plus, mais bon, c'est cuba...) et le personne assurant le service vraiment très sympa. Lorsque j'ai dîné au japonais, j'étais la seule cliente et cela m'a gêné que le personnel soit "dédié" à moi seule… La plage est fréquentée par les clients de 2 autres hôtels, c'est donc bien animé la journée. Par contre, le soir, lorsque j'y étais, trop calme. Une discothèque à l'hôtel mais personne. Sur la plage, il y a du monde car il y a les clients des 2 hôtels tout inclus qui peuvent venir Globalement, séjour satisfaisant, un peu trop tranquille et j'ai prolongé mon séjour 2 nuits supplémentaires à l'hôtel tout inclus d'à côté. L'hôtel est vraiment joli, je ne comprends pas pourquoi Gaviota ne fait pas plus de pub pour promouvoir cet hôtel, ou alors il faut passer en all inclusive pour attirer du monde...

C'est surprenant que dans un grand hôtel commest celui là il n'y ait pas de laverie, pas d'ascenseur alors qu'on nous propose un 4 ème étage ! Les restaurants ne fournissent plus de cocktails à partir de 19h et les menus sont très réduits. Il manque beaucoup de choses aux menus faute d'approvisionnement il paraît(fruits frais inexistants au petit déjeuner et en dessert!!!) Cela dit, le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute et essaye de faire le maximum. Nous avons été dédommagé tres largement pour quelques ennuis techniques concernant les chambres. Le site est magnifique,et il y a un super complexe tout autour. Avec des améliorations au niveau de la restauration , ce serait très agréable. Le séjour fut malgré tout positif. Il faut absolument s'améliorer, cela le mérite.
