"Unfortunately on arrival they told us that they were overbooked and they had to give us a different room. Although the room was excellent it was in the Marina and you had to travel the tram to get to the main hotel where the swimming pool, restaurants, shopping and entertainment was. The next day they got us a different room in the Garden area and we were happy."

"We stayed for four nights with our four children and this was the perfect place! The location was great, but we did need the pin that came in our confirmation email to find it the first day. We did have a coqui nearby that made earplugs necessary for the first two nights, but other than that the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and fun activities made the trip so easy- who wants to be trapped in a car for 30 minutes covered in sand and salt water while the kids fight in the back seat? We will definitely book here again! "

"Received clear instruction via email on the check-in process. Condo was incredibly clean, super efficient, and a great location overlooking the marina. As of Nov 25, there was a temporary construction staging area out front, and work vehicles started up at 6/6:30am, so just be aware of that. Incentive to get out and seize the day! Also super convenient to the funicular up to the main resort. Would stay here again."
