"Comfortable, modernized 5BR 4BA Home with an amazing Ocean View and breeze!

"This unit was great, we had a bit of issue unlocking the door, but within a few minutes we were able to unlock it with the help of the host. The three bedroom upstairs were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. If you like quiet and tranquility this is your place. The top of the house had many chairs and lounge chairs and the breeze was amazing so we spent many hours there in the evening just enjoying the cool breeze. The laundry was very clean and the washer and drier were pretty new. The neighbors were very friendly and since I speak spanish I got to know them very well. The kitchen were fully equipted with everything you needed and we did a lot of cooking. The grocery store is within walking distance and about 3-4 restaurants were just down the street which we also enjoyed. The marine is right next to the marina which we did some kayaking and a bit further you can take a trip to Icaco island or Culebra and Vieques if they don't cancel your reservation. We highly recommend this B&B house if you have a large group and just want to relax and have a nice family gathering. We parked in the garage and there are many beach and chairs and equipment that you can use. Highly recommended."

"This townhome was even better than we expected! The pool was larger and deeper than we thought it would be. We didn’t even go to the community pool since our private pool was so awesome! We LOVED the third floor terrace with the view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The location was perfect - directly across the street from Seven Seas Beach which was super nice and family friendly, and no sargassum seaweed! We were also within walking distance of several great restaurants. The house itself was spacious, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and awesome outdoor seating. We loved everything and hope we can come back again someday!"

"This is right across the street from Seven Seas Beach and next door to Costa Mia restaurant, with the proper Puerto Rican experience of hearing a few coquis at night and seeing the wild chickens wandering into the yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the proximity to the beach, and the Costa Mia restaurant, which is pricey but great quality. We also recommend Laguna Grande Restaurant, which walking persons can easily reach, as it's literally around the right-hand corner. There's a fabulous panaderia nearby, called Panaderia Monte Brisas, that we would go to for cubanos or tripletas, and they have pan sobao, pan de agua, and good coffee. There's also a Pueblo Supermercado and Walgreens close by. This home is well-stocked for a longer stay, and the kitchen works well for cooking in. Chilled and room-temperature water bottles were provided at check-in. I enjoyed the local coffee brands available in the cupboards and the crisp AC in the room. The bed is comfy with nice sheets, and the closet is stocked with snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and you can find a drinks cooler in the kitchen for beach days. I recommend early swims, as it does get crowded at night and on weekends during peak season. My only issue with the area was the smell that comes from the bio bay area, as there's sludge on that beach, but this isn't anything to do with the home, just something to be aware of during your stay. It's a great, comfy house with two or three others in a square in the same yard."

"A truly amazing property with wonderful views and spacious balconies with tons of usable space for outdoor lounging and dining. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the grill was in perfect condition. Beds were all very comfortable.The property is very close to great dining and various tour options around Fajardo. The driveway is a little steep, but we had no problems getting in/out with midsize SUVs.Host was very responsive and helpful with various special requests.We had a group of 8 and it was unanimous that we would all come back and stay again."
