If you’re using Google maps load your destination into your phone before leaving the property… the cell signal is too weak when driving away from the property for the next 20 km or so, for Maps to work well. As a result, it’s easy to take a wrong turn and miss your tee time. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this charming waterfront cottage. The space was spotless, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was impressively well stocked, the fire table was a cozy touch for evenings, and the dog run was a great bonus for our pup. It’s clearly a very pet friendly spot, which made it feel even more like home.The real standout was the waterfront. Crystal clear, calm, and perfect for swimming. We spent most of our days lounging by the water, soaking in the quiet and the views. The area is peaceful, with friendly but quiet neighbours, and the location is ideal. Just far enough from Ottawa or Gatineau to feel like a proper escape without being too remote. The host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, and the place was easy to find with no issues at all. We’d highly recommend this place and are already talking about coming back."
