"la habitacion tenia un olor molesto, nos quedamos solo dos noches y estabamos todo el dia recorriendo la ciudad por lo que no tenia sentido pedir el cambio. Además no tenia ducha. sino que un jacuzzi, al ducharnos parados el baño se llenaba de agua. Por último, se me quedó el adaptador de mi cargador en la habitación (enchufado en el velador), teniamos vuelo más tarde, asi que me quedé un rato en el lobby. Al consultar en recepción me indicaron que no encontraron el adaptador (12 euros me costo uno nuevo en el aeropuerto). Lo bueno es la ubicación, esta muy bien localizado en la entrada de la todas las atracciones de la florencia antigua, al lado del tranvia y la estacion de trenes. Y el desayuno era de buena calidad con harta variedad."

"Would definitely not rate this above a 2 star hotel. Room was dark and dingy, paint chipped and tons of marks on the walls. Went to breakfast and decided to skip it when we saw what it was. The location is fantastic. If you are looking for a room that could sleep 4, this is a good choice. I didn’t like that keys were just left in a bowl on the front desk, clearly marked with you room number on it and no attendant at the desk… not sure what stops anyone from taking a different key and entering your room. If I was a woman traveling alone I would have been extremely uncomfortable."

"At first, I was given a shared room with a man. When I said I wasn’t comfortable with that, one of the staff members helped me get a shared room with girls instead."

"Such beautiful accomodations, very clean, everything you need. Seemed very new. Very neat facilities, weren't around enough to enjoy them, it was closed before we got home in evening and before we left in morning. The laundry was available and open until 11, it did require a specific laundry card or cash, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything seemed to be closed by 8, store, pool, etc. That being said, the bar and restaurant were still open and the food and drink were wonderful, at least for American tourists a little bit of homestyle food, for vegetarian a very yummy burger and fries. Very convenient checkout a nice gentleman ran out for our keys and let us get on our way. Nice location, nice people, beautiful, clean and efficient! Comfortable and very modern and chic! "

"Worse experience of our trip! The place was nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty nasty and we didn’t end up staying here. We had to find another place. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. And then they want you to keep you too Key with them each time you leave which is just insane."
