"Amazing! The views, the customer service, and the food are top notch! I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights. Located between Montresso and Levanto it added for more options. We loved to hike around the area and the cute little area the hotel is situated in is beyond charming and perfect! "

"Amenities were good. Great breakfast. Noisy next to train track but we knew about the location.
One star because during check in, the staff tried to trick us into paying extra 25euro to upgrade to a different room in order to get 2 bath towels, even though we booked a room for 2 adults. We ended up getting 2 towels anyways but it was very dishonest of them to say we had to upgrade in order to get two towels we should have gotten instead of one. "
