"The front desk was overwhelmed every time we went up there. Once we settled into our room we called from our personal phone to report that the TV and room phone didn't work. Absolutely NO one showed up to fix anything. That evening we walked to the front desk to try to report our room issues again and they were so busy that after waiting for a long time, we just walked out! On the second morning we tried calling again but couldn't reach anyone at the front desk at all. Later on in the afternoon of the second day of our stay we tried calling again and finally reached someone at the front desk, much to our surprise the maintenance man did show up to fix the TV. The cleanliness of the entire room left a lot to be desired. On our next visit to Santa Fe, we would prefer not to stay at this facility again, to honest."

"So nice having a restaurant in the building, that is also open late, and our sandwiches were huge and delicious. Very comfortable rooms, spacious. It's just weird to drive into the Discount Tire driveway to get to the hotel, but after the first time, we found it readily. Convenient to restaurants and Meow Wolf."

"Check in was a breeze, even though we were an hour early. Front desk person cheerful and helpful. Cute lobby area, small seeming motel. We had a second floor room because we were told it would be more quiet; it was very quiet. Only sounds were the banging of the very heavy room doors. Breakfast was made to order cheese omelette or scrambled eggs. There was a waffle station, cold cereal and milk, instant oatmeal, mini muffins and croissants, yogurt, coffee, orange juice and bananas. Yes, we would return if ever back in the area."

"Overall the stay was great, place was clean, and smelled nice. They work hard to keep it non-smoking 100% and it shows. Breakfast on Saturday was better than Sunday but that's just my opinion based on food selection/options. Saturday has biscuits and (sausage) gravy, along with bacon, eggs, and pancakes! Lastly, parking was easy, even coming back after 10pm one night. Would recommend and would stay at again."
