Very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was a good size with a nice balcony which we enjoyed very much. The large swimming pool was excellent for swimming. The hot springs were nice. The food was good and reasonably priced.

The private casita room with a fireplace was amazing. I love that it had a kitchen too. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. All of the pools and the steam rooms were great. And the gym was well-equipped.

I’ll start by saying the staff was amazing, friendly and helpful (minus the checkout girl when we left, and minus the ones that didn’t show up to make the coffee in the morning). The room we stayed in had a 2 year old above us. It says 13 and older on premise. We would NOT of stayed there knowing that. Also, the chickens woke us up by crowing, way too early. So don’t stay in the 200’s building. The food was mediocre at best and only 1 place really to eat. Now- spa- Greg was the best massage I’ve ever had in my entire life! The resort was mostly clean, and peaceful. They had great hot tub areas and the hammocks were wonderful!

This was a wonderful property with great amenities. There was a slight issue about the reservation for both the property and the spa services. However, the staff remained professional and helpful, and both were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The amenities are great for relaxing and feeling pampered. I'd definitely go again and recommend it for anyone who wants a beautiful way to treat themselves (and their friends).

We came here last year and absolutely loved it, so I knew I had to come back! This is such a peaceful and tranquil place. The chickens are precious—my husband enjoyed them so much that he went to visit them twice! I loved soaking in the mineral water, and the different tubs offer a variety of temperatures, so you can find exactly what feels best for you. Resting in the hammocks and simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings was wonderful. The restaurant is amazing—organic and a perfect fit for the atmosphere of the resort. I especially love the berry salad! The rooms are so comfortable, and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and simply taking in the beauty of nature. The new pool is also a wonderful addition! The employees are kind, welcoming, and very approachable. There is something so special about this place, and I truly love Ojo Spa and Resort. I already know I’ll want to come back again! ❤️

The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The spa is huge and well-appointed. Only complaint is regarding food. We arrived very hungry. The only option for food was the cafe until the restaurant opened for dinner at 5pm. I ordered an item and was told "we're out." I chose another item, and again was told "sorry, don't have any." Instead of leading with that information when I went to the counter to order, I had to play a stupid game of "what do you have?" Wound up with over-priced chips and salsa. Next morning's breakfast was awful. Cold eggs and hashbrowns. Requested hot food and was given the same plate slightly warmed. The plate was hotter than the food. Given the price for a stay and the fact that guests are a captive audience, the food should be absolutely on point.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful! Soaking in the hot springs and animal therapy with the puppies and silky chickens was blissful! The massages were great however my massage therapist did not know the ingredients of the hair oil she was using. My husband said his massage therapist abruptly left after she said “your time is over”. Kinda made him feel like just a number. Some of the bath towels were torn and dirty. Overall beautiful place, one of our best anniversary trips. We would definitely return. Just needs attention to towels and massage therapist education on product use.
